If you have taken the first step and started into our fitness training program, thank you. It's designed to be a bit challenging, so DON'T GIVE UP. If you don't think it's challenging, then MASTER each movement and strike that's in the drills. YOU NEED REPETITION for the movements to become so much a part of you that they will happen instinctively under the pressure of a real attack scenario. That's why we limit how quickly you can advance through the drills (in fact, the rate at which we drip the content is faster than what we are truly comfortable with--but if we go too slow, we'll lose some people who are greatly lacking in patience). TAKE YOUR TIME moving forward. Believe it or not, you will ultimately master our arts faster if you progress SLOWLY. Our program is CHEAP. We priced it low so that our students won't be paying very much monthly--and can therefore take time and master each step.
